Engineered for the service
Per ISO 5167-1:2022 principles, the Bore-Venturi Balanced Flow Meter is Shizhong's flagship innovation. Each of the eight holes incorporates a micro-venturi profile (convergent → throat → diffuser), complemented by a central cone that provides flow conditioning. CFD-validated across 63+ operating points, the design achieves Cd values of 0.80–0.92 — significantly higher than standard balanced plates (0.62–0.75) and approaching short-form venturi performance.
