Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the English-language website at www.shizhongflow.com and its online project-inquiry form. The controller is Jinan Shizhong Automation Instruments Co., Ltd., 7036 Jingshi West Road, Jinan, Shandong 250022, China.

Online submission is available only when the site configuration is enabled and the inquiry service confirms readiness. A closed or unavailable form does not send or store its contents.

The initial inquiry may collect your name, business email, optional telephone or WhatsApp number, company, country or region, product interest, process medium, pipe size, project message and optional referral selection. It also records limited campaign labels and the entry-page path, but not a complete referring or query URL.

The service may use the network address and request time within a limited security and rate-control process. Inquiry text and contact details are not sent to public analytics or advertising tools.

We use inquiry information only to respond to the request, evaluate the application, prepare engineering or commercial follow-up, maintain the inquiry ledger and protect the service. We do not sell inquiry information or publish it.

The form requires an affirmative privacy checkbox. Where consent is the applicable basis, you may withdraw it for future processing. Contractual or legal record duties may still apply to information already needed for an active project.

Initial online-inquiry records are retained for 365 days from receipt and are then removed from the active ledger and its associated delivery records under the controlled retention process. Backups and exports are subject to the same retention boundary.

The initial online form does not accept attachments. Files may be provided later through an agreed project channel; their purpose, access and retention are handled with the related project communication.

Approved WeCom and Feishu workgroups receive the inquiry through private webhooks so authorized business personnel can assign and follow up the request. Personal information is stored only in the private inquiry ledger and sent only through these approved private notification webhooks.

Hosting, security and approved notification providers process information only as needed to operate the form, protect it and deliver the private business notification. They are not authorized to use inquiry information for independent advertising.

The inquiry ledger and authorized business team are in China. If you submit from another country, the information is transferred to and processed in China for the stated inquiry purposes. Where applicable law requires additional safeguards or consent for such a transfer, the service must complete those steps before relying on the transfer.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, completion, deletion or restriction; object to certain processing; or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing completed before withdrawal.

Inquiry notice v1.0 took effect on September 7, 2026. The service binds each submission to a version derived from this controlled policy. A material change to the purposes, fields, recipients, retention period or transfer arrangement produces a new version; an older submission is rejected until the visitor refreshes, reads the new notice and actively agrees again.
