Inquiry notice v1.0: the controller uses these fields for responding to project inquiries, evaluating requirements, preparing engineering follow-up and maintaining an auditable inquiry record. Initial records are retained for 365 days. The initial online form does not accept attachments. Files may be provided later through an agreed project channel and are then handled under the applicable project communication and retention arrangements. Approved WeCom and Feishu workgroups receive the inquiry through private webhooks for assignment and follow-up. Inquiry data is not sent to public analytics, advertising tools or public website storage. The inquiry ledger and authorized business team are in China. Submitting from another country therefore transfers the information to China for the stated inquiry purposes.

Success is shown only after the private ledger returns an inquiry ID and receipt time. If the channel is closed, this page does not send or store your entries.
